These Terms of Use constitute an End User License Agreement (EULA)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MULI mobile application (the “App”) and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1) Provider / Owner (Licensor)

The App is licensed to you by:

Yevhenii Mudrahel, a sole proprietor (FOP) registered in Ukraine
(“MULI”, “we”, “us”, “our”, or “Licensor”)

2) Relationship with Apple (Important Notice)

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

  • Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
  • Apple is not responsible for the App, its content, or any claims relating to your use of the App.
  • Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

These Terms are intended to be consistent with Apple’s requirements for end-user license agreements. If any provision conflicts with the App Store Terms of Service or applicable Apple requirements, the App Store Terms of Service will prevail to the extent of the conflict.

3) License and Usage Rules

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and App Store Usage Rules.

You may not:

  • copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the App (except to the extent permitted by applicable law);
  • rent, lease, sell, redistribute, or make the App available to any third party in a way not permitted by Apple’s Usage Rules;
  • use the App for unlawful purposes or in a way that violates these Terms.

4) Service Description

MULI is a photo editing app that enables users to edit images and access features such as filters, fonts, collages, and related tools. Some features may be available only to subscribers.

5) Subscriptions (Auto-Renewing)

MULI offers auto-renewable subscriptions (“MULI Pro”) through Apple In-App Purchases.

Available plans (example):

  • MULI Pro – Monthly: $2.99 USD per month
  • MULI Pro – Yearly: $24.99 USD per year (equivalent to about $2.08 USD/month)

Prices may vary by country/region and may change from time to time. The exact price you are charged is shown in the App Store purchase flow before you confirm payment.

Billing and renewal:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price.

Managing / canceling your subscription:
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device settings:

  • Open Settings
  • Tap your Apple ID
  • Tap Subscriptions
  • Select MULI Pro and follow the instructions

No refunds for unused time (general rule):
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Apple may provide refunds in accordance with its policies and applicable law. We do not control Apple’s refund decisions.

6) Free Trial (If Offered)

If we offer a free trial, the trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial period ends. The trial duration and terms (if applicable) will be shown in the App Store purchase flow.

7) User Content

The App may allow you to edit and export your own photos. You retain all rights to your content. We do not claim ownership of your photos.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you edit or share using the App.

8) Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App:

  • in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
  • to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
  • to distribute malware or attempt unauthorized access to systems.

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you materially violate these Terms.

9) Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services (for example, subscription management, analytics, crash reporting, or advertising). Your use of the App may be subject to third-party terms and policies.

10) Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the App

11) Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

14) Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you materially violate these Terms. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends and you must stop using the App.

15) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

16) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, excluding conflict of law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
